Who we are
Eray General Trading ("we," "us," "our") operates erayiq.com, a product catalog for pallets, chemical raw materials, medical supplies, and industrial packaging. We are based in Almas, Kirkuk, Iraq. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at info@erayiq.com.
What this site does not do
erayiq.com does not have user accounts, logins, or registration. We do not process payments or store payment information on this site — all orders and pricing are arranged directly, off-site, over WhatsApp or phone.
The contact / inquiry form
The inquiry form on our Contact page does not submit your information to us or store it anywhere. When you fill it in and press "Continue on WhatsApp," your browser builds a pre-filled WhatsApp message from what you typed and opens a WhatsApp conversation with us — nothing is sent unless you choose to send that WhatsApp message yourself. Once sent, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp (operated by Meta), subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertising, and Google Fonts to load our typefaces. These services may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser, including for ad personalization and measurement.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the UK, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent banner before any personalized advertising cookies are set, and you can choose to consent, decline, or manage your preferences at any time. Your rights
